What's New @ MSEAA
Singapore Space Challenge 2012
The Singapore Space Challenge (SSC) is an annual nation-wide competition designed to inspire interest among youths in science and engineering, and is in its 4th year running. MSEAA is proud to be an official supporting organisation for this annual competition that echoes the national agenda on encouraging Singapore’s youth to take up a career in engineering.
This year's space challenge differs from the previous years by having not just one theme, but 4 different themes involving multi-disciplinary knowledge. MSEAA plays an instrumental role in devising the Materials Engineering section of the competition and bringing together an expert panel of judges, including our MSE's Assoc Prof Wong Chee Cheong, Republic Polytechnic's (School of Applied Science) Dr. Willy Tan and industry players.
